Shrubby Road Studio can be used as a meeting room and is available for hire for up to ten people. The room is approximately 25m square (5m x 5m) and the area is equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi and is clean, comfortable, carpeted and heated.

Audio and visual technology is available and the room has a large flat panel wall mounted monitor with VGA and HDMI inputs for laptops and Scart sockets.

A PC ,CD player, mini disc player and a DVD player can also be supplied free of charge and we can cater for any of your audio requirements.

Seating and table's for up to 10 people can be provided.

Working lunch & refreshments

Hot & cold food can be supplied Monday to Friday between 12.00 & 14.00 – minimum order £10.00
Tea, coffee, snacks and soft drinks are available at all times at reasonable rates.

Parking , public transport and access

There is ample free car parking space at the rear of the building.

We are located 300 metres south of Worcester Shrub hill train station and it is approximately 5 minutes' walk to the station and the local bus stops on Shrub hill Road, and an 5 minute walk to the centre of Worcester.

Wheel chair access
Wheelchair Access is only available from the rear car park plus toilets are accessible to wheelchair users.

Vehicle access
It’s easy to load and unload with access through unit 13 at the rear of the meeting room.

On foot

Access is also allowed from Shrub hill Road up two flights of stairs by BB locks.

Security

At certain times the doors may be closed for security reasons so please call 07751801908 to gain access.

Photocopying/Printing

Photocopying/printing service is available at a charge of £0.05 for monochrome or £0.10 for colour A4.

CD duplication

CD duplication is available for £4.00 per CD from any format

DVD duplication

DVD duplication is available for £10.00 per DVD from any format


VAT
There is currently no VAT charged on any rentals or ancillary services.
